Got 2 kinds of pollo, carne asada, nopales, the big green onions and some yellow peppers going in there. I'll be heating the street style corn tortillas on the hump in the middle. Everything simmers in their juices and slow cooks. Been wanting one of these for a long time and this is it's maiden voyage! Smells good so far. I'll get pics of the tacos with all the trimmings (guacamole, cilantro, onion, and queso fresca). I'm so excited!
