Incidentally, the Real McCoy Swizzle -- which was the complimentary cocktail at their popup bar at The Hukilau this year -- when given TLC in the form of an extra float of The Real McCoy 12 Year Old is kind of a revelation. For me, it had just the right balance of spice and alcohol heat, and wasn't as sweet as I feared. Just one man's opinion.
