With prep completed, the Tiki Tower Takeover’s all-star cast of bar professionals joins The Hukilau’s Christie “Tiki Kiliki” White (center) for a group photo. Brian Miller (Tiki Mondays With Miller, New York City) and Garret Richard present the Pandanarama Daiquiri ... Paul McGee (Lost Lake, Chicago) and Shelby Allison present the Lost Lake cocktail ... Martin Cate (Smuggler’s Cove, San Francisco) and Rebecca Cate present the Formidable Dragon ... Jeff “Beachbum” Berry (Latitude 29, New Orleans) and Steve Yamada present the T.O.T.C. Swizzle ...
