It was served in The Molokai bar throughout the event. Featuring lime juice, cinnamon syrup, simple syrup, Kahlua, grapefruit juice and Rhum Barbancourt 5 Star. It’s very much a Mai-Kai style cocktail with powerful flavors in perfect harmony. It also doesn’t suffer as the ice dilutes (a key attribute of many Mai-Kai drinks), instead evolving with a definite beginning, middle and end.
