This was the special cocktail created by Kern Mattei of The Mai-Kai for The Hukilau and sponsor Rhum Barbancourt. It was served in The Molokai bar throughout the event.

Featuring lime juice, cinnamon syrup, simple syrup, Kahlua, grapefruit juice and Rhum Barbancourt 5 Star. It’s very much a Mai-Kai style cocktail with powerful flavors in perfect harmony. It also doesn’t suffer as the ice dilutes (a key attribute of many Mai-Kai drinks), instead evolving with a definite beginning, middle and end.
