Ha, Me too, at least if you need any help. I live in the area and am in real estate. I have a full Tiki bar at my house with some serious experience making and drinking cocktails. I have been trying to convince a friend that owns a liquor store to partner on a dive tiki bar, think Tiki Ti, in the area (or just a little south, ala Buckhead). I really think with the right marketing and vibe and of course cocktails it would kill it. |
