My name is Josh Hunt and I am a bartender at The Waterboy in midtown Sacramento. I've been a fan of all things Tiki ever since my parents took me to the Coral Reef in the 70's. I've been tending the bar at The Waterboy for over 7 years (tending bar for 20+ years), and we frequently feature Tiki cocktails on our specialty menu. Right now we are offering the Bourbon Special and the West Indies Diaquiri (Angostura 5 year rum, fresh lime juice, house made Sorrel (Jamaican hibiscus and ginger) syrup, and a dash of allspice. We also just received a set of beautiful mermaid mugs from TikiBosko. I look forward to meeting all of the Sacramento Ohana on the Tiki bar crawl in October and would like to cordially invite everyone to stop by The Waterboy for a cocktail! Cheers! Josh
