Looks delish Hilda! I broke out the vertical rotisserie. Gyros on Saturday and Tacos de Pollo al Pastor tonight (the pineapple was splitting so I put a foil band on it :lol:) Maybe Schwarma later in the week? Al Pastor is "Tiki" 'cuz the pineapple looks like a fez :wink:
