I visited Trader Vics in London last night, and at the recommendation of the bartender had a Moku Nani as my third and final cocktail of the night. Delicious. Does anyone have an official recipe or even a tribute one? Google is turning up nothing. I tried to watch him make it and it seemed to me he basically made a Mai Tai but used passion fruit syrup instead on Orgeat. But I could be wrong - it WAS my third :wink: |
