Brian Miller's Black Flag Grog is also excellent this time of year (the Blackstrap rum, orgeat, and nutmeg syrup work really well together): http://punchdrink.com/recipes/black-flag-grog/ And yesterday Paul McGee released a Holiday recipe to benefit the Chicago Food Bank (Stranger in Paradise-- made one last night and it's a nice mix of Rhum Agricole Blanc, Reposado Tequila, falernum, pineapple, lime, allspice, cinnamon, and absinthe).
