It's hard to be mad at someone for not wanting to lose $25k a month. It's pretty impressive (to me anyway) that someone can even HAVE $25k to lose a month. Business might not have been that bad. It just wasn't good enough to support the costs. I guess this is why most new tiki bars these days are tiny little places. I've heard the Golden Tiki in Las Vegas is rather an exception.
