But hey, we know that we're going to see all kinds of innovations with "tiki" happen all over the place. That's what people do in an effort to open new restaurants and new bars and make money. So I'm not all worked up about it. Hopefully they will at least sell tasty cocktails and have a good time doing it with their customers. That part would be following in the footsteps of Donn Beach and Vic Bergeron. |
