I read this with great interest. I bought the ingredients to make the infused rum, but now I may scale back to just a half batch. I'll look at the recipe again and see what it says about refrigeration, etc. I'm curious even more now, gotta try this. (Wish I had more time. I'm getting killed working a kitchen/bath remodel, have very little free time right now. Good thing I can read and post from work! hahaha...)
