I've used sugar cubes inside of spent lime shells and seen bars use bread or croutons. What works best for everyone? And as far as sparking the flame I've used nutmeg which I heard is what Trader Sam's does and also seen places use cinnamon. I imagine these could both impact the flavor of the drink depending how wild you get with it.
