I'm not a big seafood fan but those stuffed squids are a great presentation. I haven't seen any broccolini in a while. I'm curious what kind of chorizo you get in Oz? Is it a solid (sliceable) sausage like Spanish or Portuguese chorizo? Or does it crumble when you cook it like Mexican chorizo?
