The only place it seems to be available online is through Sunset Corners. The bottle is about $24 but the S/H is about $26. That's a big tough to swallow but you figure 1.75L of a hard to acquire rum is sorta worth it, but again it's only going to be reserved for Mai Kai tribute cocktails. I ordered on a Wed and received it the following Tuesday.
