Henry was inspired by the Moai head that lives at the Forest Lawn Cemetery Art Museum in Glendale, California. As I understand it, the Moai head was sentimentally named Henry after he was discovered in the hold of an old cargo vessel, where he was being used as balast.
I have given him a more "happily ever after" with a pretty traditional dressed Rapa Nuian maiden.
