I heard about this the other night an it felt like I had been punched. I'm sad because the Chef was a great place (even if we couldn't get up there as often) and I don't think it will retain that glory. I'm glad that we got to go one last time recently. I will miss the people, the food, the decor... everything. I do have a piece of Chef history hanging in my dining room and I will forever cherish it. This is actually my old living room and it went quite well with the wood paneling.
