Some cool carvings. I'm working on a more piece-by-piece approach, but I dig what you've got.

I hope you get a good price, and while I only wish I could relate to your situation, a buddy of mine did just buy a house, and sacrificed some Shag prints in the process. I vicariously sympathize.
