Puerto Rican Havana Club - Tiki Drinks and Food

Just spotted this at a couple different liquor stores. I'm assuming Bacardi or someone else somehow has the trademark or rights to the name and is trying to cash in on the recent trade embargo talks that may hopefully soon allow Cuban rums into the US. Has anyone tried it yet? With just 12 months aged I don't imagine it'll compare to the real Havana Club 3 year anejo and for the price I'm thinking I'll continue using Cana Brava or Plantation 3 star as my go to white.
