This is the second sale. I thought about going the first time but I didn't go. I heard is was a madhouse and stuff was priced extremely high.

Someone posted on one of the tiki facebook pages that they went. They more or less posted that stuff was incredibly expensive, people were being unruly and the estate sale people brought in big money dealers the day before and the morning of the sale to cherry picked the good stuff and they spent tons of money.
I even remember them saying something about the cops having to be called for people fighting or something.

I'd rather hunt it down piece by piece than deal with lines, possible crooked estate sale companies and crowds of morons.
