Beef Fajitas, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Guacamole, and a Special Quesadilla. The Special Quesadillas are a fried cheese turnover made of flour torilla dough and have been a regional favorite for 50+ years but are seldom seen outside of the Imperial Valley For dessert, puffed flour tortilla chips dusted with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with chili chocolate. Served with vanilla ice cream. |
