I have no idea what the recipe is, but have you tried starting out with the official raffles singapore sling proportions?

1 oz. gin
1/2 oz. cherry heering
4 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. cointreau
1/4 oz. benedictine
1/3 oz. grenadine
dash angostura bitters

I would replace the gin with the sochu, leave out the benedictine and maybe the bitters.

Again, no idea what the recipe is, but this is where I would start. Good luck!!
