I have personally enjoyed TC for the locating and collecting, as a 30 year Restaurant Career Professional and a Restaurant Research/Collector/Artist as long. I do enjoy other aspects such as cocktails/home bars/art/ etc. but what I also TRULY love is the escape, which is how this whole thing started in the first place, correct?
