Ha! too funny, never saw that before.

We did go to the Peking Duck house in New York Chinatown they too cut the head off the duck at your table plus the feet.
They had ducks hanging from the ceiling all over the kitchen, don't know how they got away with that health code wise.

We took head plus the feet home to our nieces in a doggy bag.
