I scored some fresh white grapefruit recently and decided to make the Tribute to the Mai Kai K.O. Cooler (July 2015 edition). In addition to the white grapefruit juice I used Havana Club Anejo Blanco (Bacardi), O.V.D. demerara and Hamilton 151. Wow! What a drink. Very impressed and it has become one of my favorites with this rum / juice combination. Rick |
