I made a weeknight Black Magic last night. I needed to avoid caffeine on a 'school night' so I used a dark roast instant decaf and made it triple strength. It made a very serviceable Black Magic. I'm eagerly awaiting an update on the tribute recipe for the Mai Kai's BM sans cinnamon. |
