I learned a lot at El Tiki Dave :D I got home and realized it was Mardi Gras so I HAD to make a Jambalaya. So I dug through the pantry and freezer, found some andouille, ham, bacon, shrimp. I had never grilled Okra before but it was really good
The King's Cake was a cheat :lol: Refrigerator orange sweet rolls made into a ring, frosted, and sprinkled with Skittles
