Skip, I am jealous of you vast experience with the Kahiki....it must have been amazing. As far as my brief $ comment to Hale, I have owned and or been involved in concepts where to build and maintain business you CANNOT be chasing your tail, or throwing good money after bad. I love great atmosphere and authenticity, but a GREAT well trained staff that makes me feel "WELCOMED and valued" goes a damn long way with me.
