I can't wait to see all your in progress pics, Zero! I love a build. I'm actually itching to build another outdoor bar at the beach house but my husband told me I need to relax. (killjoy)

Here's a pic of my favorite room before I added a few tiki touches. There's definitely potential there but right now the bottom gets rented out so at the beginning of the summer all my treasures will get moved upstairs.
