We've had really good experiences with the bartenders there - great service, and some nice drinks. If you head over there, get there before 5 (when they open) for a chance to sit at the bar. I don't like getting stuck away from the bar (or the fact that I can see outside, but I'll take what I can get.) For Cat Eye, I'd also recommend going early. It's a really small room and in my experience they tend to have loud promotional nonsense going on.
