My rum barrel "house recipe" (named by the Tiki Bar Name Generator):

High Seas Rum Barrel

1 oz gold Jamaican rum (Appleton Signature)
1 oz dark Jamaican rum (Coruba)
1 oz light Virgin Islands rum (Cruzan)
1/2 oz 151-proof Demerara rum (Lemon Hart)
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lime juice
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz falernum
3/4 oz cinnamon syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1 dash Pernod

Shake with ice and pour unstrained into a ceramic barrel mug or double old-fashioned glass. Add ice to fill.
