Mahalo'z cy! --Sorry MDM, I didn't see and answer you're question before. Yes, it's an Arbortech Mini Grinder. The 6"inch belt driven neck attachment allows for great visibility and reach in to tight spaces when power carving. This is my first time using this tool. I've no doubt that cy and other more experienced carvers can lay out a better view of its wood carving capabilities and other applications with a wide variety of attachments. I've really enjoyed using it so far. 8)
