Had me an Ernest's Daiquiri. Recently the Disneyland Resort as a whole has dropped Myers's Platinum rum as their well rum and replaced it with Don Q Cristal which is a nice upgrade. The recipe above calls for Bacardi, so I have them swap the Bacardi for Don Q for a better daiquiri. Delicious. :) |
