That's a good looking "Fish With No Name" Hilda. I made more of the Tamarind sauce to put on my turkey. I think that makes it Aztec or Mayan Turkey. They had chiles, tamarind, and domesticated turkeys. Hope you didn't eat TOO much OGR? :lol: |
