This thread had dropped to the second page, so I want to bump it in case newer members don’t know it exists.

Welcome to everyone who’s recently joined TC. We’re mostly friendly here, and Wendy Cevola makes up for the few who aren’t, so if you haven’t introduced yourself yet, please do. This is a great place for a first post.

Please allow myself to reintroduce myself. I’m Hamo (an internet Hawaiian dictionary told me “hamo” means “anointed,” which is the meaning of my real name). I’m originally from Iowa but now live in Colorado, two places where tropical fantasy environments help make the cold winters bearable. Since joining TC, I’ve visited more tiki places and collected more tiki stuff, although I don’t have a home tiki bar yet. But best of all, I’ve met some great tiki people, and have gotten to share my interest in Polynesian Pop with family and friends.
