Tamura's is great spot to find most of everything you'll need. If your in Kihei on the southside try my friend Johnny's place at Aloha Discount Liquor. He sometimes carries some of the better Rums you cant find elsewhere.
If your looking for Syrups try Tutu's Pantry which is located in the same Marketplace as my shop (Beachbumz Tiki Shop) inside the Kihei Kalama Village. She normally has a few different types that are locally made here on the islands.
Monkeypod restaurant in Wailea and now Kaanapali has a good mai tai, not traditional but tasty..
Try The Mill House Restaurant's bar at the Tropical Plantation in Waikapu, tasy cocktails, great setting over the pond.. Say aloha to my friend Mari that works behind the bar, she's awesome.
Aloha
