These two Tahitian Tikis were my models for the mug. The restaurant was Tahiti. One of my favorite places to eat in the 60's. This is how the mug turned out. Here are photos of one mug after I recurved all the detail. My mold wasn't good enough so I carved every mug over again. That's how I got the carpal tunnel this past year.
