Believe it or not, Boyd actually has published ALL of the above facts as examples of how he and ONLY HE was at the center of the Tiki Revolution. It's a recurring idea - just like Boyd, the first time a hipster steps into a Tiki Bar they think they "invented" or "discovered" the place, even though it has been in business for 50+ years and already had a huge clientele who have supported it for decades and were still sitting there in chairs all around them! The list marches on...
