Tiki Central / General Tiki / Problems with Grand Member system

I signed on to be a grand member a day or two ago, and instantly after the paypal payment went through I got an email
from Monolux saying that there had been a problem processing my order (for software?!?) and that they'd get back to me.
The payment went through, but I haven't heard anything back from anyone.

Is there anyone on the back end of TC who can figure out what is going on?
