Problems with Grand Member system

I signed on to be a grand member a day or two ago, and instantly after the paypal payment went through I got an email
from Monolux saying that there had been a problem processing my order (for software?!?) and that they'd get back to me.
The payment went through, but I haven't heard anything back from anyone.

Is there anyone on the back end of TC who can figure out what is going on?

I had the same problem. Hakalugi got Hanford to fix it. They will get to it eventually.

Well, that’s just how the Forum of Mystery appears to some people. It is, after all, a mysterious forum. I try to read it every day. Sometimes twice. :P

It's less about the special forum access than it is helping keep a valuable resource alive.

It's funny, but when I was here originally (probably late 2004-ish to mid 05) I don't remember seeing the Grand Membership.
Of course, then a kid, life, time, and tide all waylaid my plans for the bar, and now I'm still in nearly the same place I was, progress-wise, 14 years ago. LOL

Oh, well. Better late than never, I suppose.
