Funny how I love both chocolate and Kalamata olives but don't think they would go well together :lol: Last night was Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken. Chicken was hasselbacked (new tern I just learned, sliced most of the way through before cooking) and stuffed with bacon (because, well, bacon :D ) cheeses, jalapenos and baked. It was so good that I think I will make it tomorrow when my brother and his wife come over for dinner! Served with Quinoa & Rice, and Zucchini & Corn with Cheese
