Here's one I've not seen before. It's a coconut mug from the Royal Hawaiian Hotel on Waikiki. There aren't any markings other than a spot from where there was one of those blue rectangular "Japan" stickers. I don't know that this is truly considered "Crypto" but I can't find it on a menu illustration, nor any mention of it elsewhere.

Is Phillip Roberts still around? Maybe he can shed some light on it.
