"I'm not being the cool kid and hating first before I even see it. I don't hate it." Wait, that's a cool kid move? For me it's just being honest as to what I like. If you think goats with a fez are tiki great, tattoo it on your ass even. The new bars restaurants lack the history, the people (the most important part) ghosts of the past you can feel when you go in the place. Often wondered if I was the last person in the Kahiki as they did not know I was in there and an hour later it was down. Sorry Swizz I said Kahiki again. BUT there are a few good new place yet to live and make their own history. Just being honest as to what you like is WAY harder and has way less rewards than being true to how you see things. Can't trust a guy who likes everybody and likes everything as he is lying to himself, so a lie to you is that much more easy. [ Edited by: tikiskip 2019-10-20 10:15 ] |
