The do seem very robotic and really just want to go home. I was there on a Saturday night with 15 people in the bar - Ordering drinks, platters the whole tiki deal with a tab of about $500 for two hours. I kept getting the feeling they wanted me to go home. "Always asking anything else?, should I bring the check?" Maybe a few younger Vahines and Tanes would get the place going.
