Should we add a link at the top of the page about Tips / Help (regarding Markdown)?? - Changelog

Something like that for the Markdown explanation might be nice. - Hamo I notice that when you are writing a reply that it has a link to markdown, and tips for attaching pics below the entry text box, but, might be nice for a link at the top of the page also??
