Hi Wendy-

It was fun

Japanese milk bread with yuzu koshu butter.
Wood fired harissa octopus, Lebanese potato salad, and micro celery.
And Parisian gnocchi, sweet breads, edamame, potato espuma.

All was amazing

PS- next carving not an owl
