3 oz Tequila Blanca, or Mezcal if you're bold (I used 2.5 Tequila and 0.5 Mezcal)
2 oz Coco Lopez
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Luxardo Liqueur
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Blend with 8 oz crushed ice, top off mug with more crushed ice as needed. Garnish with a cocktail umbrella turned inside out to make a blow dart

1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Falernum
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Guava Nectar
6 oz chilled Prosecco.
(I think this is double of Mike's original recipe)

Are Ya Achin' for Some Bacon?
2 oz Bacon Fat Washed Barbancourt 5 Star
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
Garnished with a slice of Passion Fruit Glazed Bacon
