You already posted about this in two other threads yesterday and have now started another new one asking the same thing. You need to read the rules, specifically numbers 6 and 7.

To answer your question, you've pretty much answered it yourself. It's a tourist piece, of 'the eater' most likely carved in Bora Bora. I don't know what other information you are seeking, but if it is its age, who knows? The only way you'll ever know that is if the original owner told you when they bought it.
