Those pineapple corers are handy and really inexpensive.

From Atomic Liquors in Las Vegas
Banana Hammock
1 1/2 oz Brugal 1888
1/2 oz Giffard Banana Liqueur
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz Falernum
1/4 oz Orgeat
Shake with crushed ice, strain over fresh ice.
Float 5 dashes Angostura Bitters and garnish with a mint spring.

Be sure to mix after serving. Mine was a little sweet at first and a little bitter at the end. Would have been better balanced throughout if I had stirred it.

Another Kelly Merrell via TikiLand. Created for the "Beheaded to the Altar" mug.
For Deader or For Worse
The grassy Agricole, botanical Gin, and fresh mint create a very refreshing drink
