3 oz. White Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
1 oz. Licor 43
2 oz. Demerara rum
1 oz. Amber Rum
1 tsp. Grenadine
4 drops Pernod
Shake with crushed ice and pour unstrained into a tall glass. Garnish with a large pineapple chunk and fresh mint.

½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
½ oz Falernum
1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
¾ oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
¾ oz 151-proof Demerara

IMHO, a quintessential Tiki drink - rum, citrus, spice (falernum and Angostura), an exotic liqueur (Chartreuse), and a dangerous name.
I challenged myself to create a green drink, based on Nicaraguan flavors, ±5 oz. Here's what I came up with.
Iguana Island
2 oz Flor de Caña
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz Falernum #9
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Not bad but room for improvement.

Pour into a double old-fashioned glass.
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz SC Honey Syrup
1/2 oz Natural Apricot Liqueur
2 oz Tequila Blanco
1 dash Herbstura
Shake with ice, strain into glass, stir and add crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh orchid and a lime wheel

3 oz Tequila Blanca, or Mezcal if you're bold (I used 2 Tequila and 0.5 Mezcal)
2 oz Coco Lopez
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Luxardo Liqueur
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Blend with 8 oz crushed ice, top off mug with more crushed ice as needed.
